Santa Rosa High School is a comprehensive junior and senior high school where we pride ourselves on being inclusive and providing space for all students by catering to diverse interests. From our award winning ArtQuest and Ag programs to rigorous academics, we have something for everyone. As the oldest school in the city, we also have a long tradition of excellence and a culture that promotes pride and inclusiveness. Incoming Panthers 2026-27 School Year
The first day of school for the 2026-2027 school year is Monday, August 17, 2026.
Orientation for students is tentatively the week before school starts. Please do not plan family vacations during this time as it is important your student feel comfortable with classroom locations, lockers, and PE clothes.

Diploma Pick Up
After June 22, 2026 Monday-Friday in the SRHS Counseling Office
Students do not receive their diplomas as they walk across the stage and are given a diploma holder. All diplomas issued by Santa Rosa High School are inscribed with the legal name of each student as it appears in the school’s data system. Diplomas will be available for pick-up starting June 22 in the Santa Rosa High School Counseling Office. Students must show a picture ID (an ID picture on the phone is acceptable) to pick up their diploma.
