Social Studies
Mission Statement
The Social Studies department strives to produce students who can think critically, communicate effectively, and read thoroughly. Covering a wide range of classes, the department offers years of experience and expertise, and lead classes that are engaging and relevant. The skills developed in these classes create students ready to engage in society with the capacity to interpret and understand modern life through a thorough understanding of history, economics, government and psychology.
