Family Engagement
Mission
Family Engagement focuses on supporting all Panther Families with any questions or concerns that they may have with the school.
Family Engagement has a specific focus on:
- English Language Learners
- Newcomers
- Native American students
- Students in foster care
- Students currently experiencing homelessness.
Additionally, the Family Engagement team supports:
- English language testing
- Parent and community volunteers
- Translation for school business
Last, and in some ways the best, the EL Center is open for all students to have a safe, warm place to hang out at break and lunch.
Goodies to Our Students!
A lot of our offices keep snacks and goodies for our students (chips, granola bars, cup of noodles, etc.) Most of that food is donated by our fabulous families. If you are one of those families, thank you so much! It helps the day go by for a lot of our students! If you would like, we are always glad to have parents drop off ready-to-eat snacks for the kids. Please bring them to any office and we will gladly accept them (and give them to hungry students!)
